South Terwillegar:

South Terwillegar is one of seven neighborhoods in Terwillegar Heights with more than 7,200 residents and counting. It is bounded by Anthony Henday Drive to the south and Terwillegar Drive to the west, Terwillegar Blvd to the north and Rabbit Hill Road to the east. There are loads of commercial options very close in most directions for the convenience of residents.

South Terwillegar is a new community that began construction in 2003 and continues today. The projected residential mix will be about 25% low density, %50 percent medium density units and the rest street-oriented units.

Throughout the neighborhood there are open spaces and pedestrian linkages provided, connecting to Town Centre to the north.
